3D Modelling III
After importing the model into 3ds Max, materials were assigned, cameras were placed, and walla~ i got my perspectives.
Much easier said than done.
To prepare my model for the submission today, i modeled just enough furniture and lighting for the shots due to time constrains. I also faced issues with lighting and to find the proper materials for the building. Rendering was also a pain in the donkey, (running on an i5 4g ram laptop).
3ds trees files. Shadows casted are cool, but not worth the quality.
Lighting was weird at a stage, not sure what happened here, but fixed by inserting a daylight below the model.
Setting the glossiness and reflectivity.
After more hours waiting for rendering than sleeping...

SJ12 - Towers with different concepts
Concept : Bionic.This building for a trafic island in South London takes argricultural farming into the city centre. This building functions as a vertical farm. Its unique bionic design makes this building stands out; same as the function of this high rise.
Concepts : Overlapping shell roofs moulded around interior silhouettes
Concept : A hotel shaped like a sail. Gateway for tourists to enter the modern Dubai.
